UWP offers trainings, workshops and service-learning hours for its participants. JOIN  the UWP Restoration Community Crew the 2nd Thursday of the month at Tully's on Genesee and Rainier from 3:45 PM- 5:45 PM, starting Thursday, January 11, 2007. Directions:  Proceed northbound or southbound on I-5.  Merge onto Columbia Way S. via exit number 163 A toward 15^th Ave S.  Continue on the arterial as it becomes S. Columbian Way and then S. Alaska St.  Turn left on Rainier Ave. and right on Genesee St.  Turn left on 43^rd Ave S. and right on Lake Washington Blvd.  Sayers Boat Park is on the left.  Take a right on 45^th Ave S. and park  at the end of the dead end street.  Tools will be provided but if you have gloves, or your favorite hand tool for cutting the invasive plants please bring them.

Meet at:   Head South on the foot trail and you will see a sandwich board where volunteers will gather.
